      Pros

      Nice overview of oriental and chinese culture, support is very helpful (but very busy), lots of online trainings, directors/managers are very good despite of excessive chinese control

      Cons

      Very hard to pass some tests and lots of barriers to salary increase, lack of practical training, choose some workers based on friendship and not on skills and knowledge/experience, very difficult contact with R&D in order to learn.

      Pros

      Personal Growth as well as Professional growth. As it is a culture in Chineses companies, the Employee rotation is really high so it is really challenging to be in a constant changing environment where with a little short time you can come from a Technician to the Team Leader and Technical Director of the department.

      Cons

      Organization, the company is not as organized as it could be, Training, lots of internal training for new tools, which causes the employee reduction of available time, PBC does not reflect your real job, once you are not evaluated for the ones who know your job.
