Pros
Huawei has great professionals. It is a place to learn with several opportunities to develop careers. The pressure is high, but it makes the team players even more supportive with each other.
Cons
The chinese culture is hard to understand and also for them to understand what happen outside their world. Everytime a chinese is getting used to the local culture/ legislation and things are starting to walk, their visas expire and it all start from the zero.
