It’s an amazing company to work for. Lots of benefits, competitive salary and generous bonus plan (if you exceed your numbers)

Cons

Your direct superiors will make or break your experience. I began with an amazing director who motivated her employees and led by example. What made me leave the company was her replacement. She belittled, bullied and overworked her employees. in fact, I know 15+ employees that transferred or left the company because of her abuse.

It has a bad reputation before the renovations, but it’s brand new now so no cons
