Lots of growth opportunity, good pay and benefits, great employee culture.

Cons

Growth is only possible if management will back you. Hours are crazy and vacations are rare.

Pros

-The company prides themselves on customer service. -They hard try to convey the importance of having happy employees. -Everyone is extremely friendly and there is a strong team atmosphere. -There is a great emphasis on fun and not taking yourself too seriously

Cons

This is a service industry job and therefore the pay is not great. During slow times hours are cut and during busy times you are expected to work a lot of overtime.

Too hung up sometimes on "standards", had to take each guest on a tour of the hotel or risk an audit error.
