Pros
Good opportunity to learn and grow at your own pace. Friendly staff and managers although there is a very high turnover rate for the sales department as well as the restaurant due to the large number of interns. The Park Hyatt is the most upscale hyatt brand and there is some very strict rules imposed on employee's to keep it that way.
Cons
The pay I feel is lower compared to other luxury hotels in the area. Let's try to hire less interns. It is ridiculous the number of people that come and go at this hotel. There is a humongous gap between managers and non-managers.
