Pros

Amazing management. Very caring and easy to communicate. Flexible with the schedule.

Cons

I appreciate the opportunity to work here and the experience I’ve gained over the years. That said, I feel it’s important to share a concern that affects long-term employees. Unfortunately, wages for tipped employees have not kept pace with inflation, and the reality is that regardless of how many years you dedicate to the company, the base pay remains the same as that of a new hire. After investing many years of hard work, loyalty, and consistency, it can be disheartening to realize that there is no meaningful financial distinction between long-term staff and someone just starting. Recognizing experience and tenure through wage growth or other forms of compensation would go a long way toward making employees feel valued and motivated to continue growing with the company.
