Wonderful place to work!

Pros

A smaller team (Hyatt Place) where you got to know everyone and communicate efficiently. The managers were happy, which made the employees happy, which led to happy guests! Very laid back yet professional atmosphere.

Cons

As a teenager full time in college, it was hard to keep up with the late and longer hours.

Pros

No physical work is required. The call center environment is very well kept and the computers, while a tad dated, still perform the multitasking needed fairly well. Building IT is always on top of tickets.

Cons

The only consistent aspect of the job is regular policy changes. Pay, benefits, work load, and consumer-facing policy changes occur far too much for comfort. Misinformation/mistakes produced by colleagues creates more work for everyone and the few problem colleagues are never forced out. The good ones leave, the bad ones stay.
