Pros
Great benefits, some really great people, beautiful hotels
Cons
Some very controlling Executive Managers on property with too much power. Corporate needs to get more involved with ongoing issues at hotels when they are brought to their attention. Most employees do not trust Human Resources at the hotel because there is no confidentiality (at least not at the property I worked). If the situation is bad enough to be brought to corporate, the employees should expect some support and/or change.
