solid pay...solid benefits...decent opportunit to move up of your willing to work for it...after a year you get 12 free nights anywhere...FREE FOOD for non union and only a couple bucks for union.

Cons

you gotta get over the fact that you work at a hotel. Entitled guests.

Accepting, future thinking, innovative, purpose driven, great environment & fantastic brands. They invest in your career & development, and are flexible around things like technology choices, working virtually & travel opportunities.

Cons

As a hospitality company, it is very much an operations led company. This is it's strength, but occasionally it's weakness. A lot of things are done "because they've always been done"
