Pros

Hyatt is more than a company its a family. The people here truly care about one another and look to help in any way possible. As an overall company there is a strong emphaisis on internal development and promoting from within. Transfer and travel opportunities are endless and every manager I have had does whatever they can to help get me to the next level.

Cons

It can be hard to tell the difference between some of the brands Hyatt has, (ie. Regency vs Grand, vs Andaz) this can make it tougher to determine which is the best fit for you. I guess you can just work your way through all of them!

Pros

Co-workers are cool and from diverse areas, free hotel rooms is a good benefit the Hyatt offers, Health insurance is good and low priced.

Cons

VERY political. The only people who get ahead are the brownnosers, regardless of competency. Very, very low wages and company tends to abuse you with scheduling - either too much or too little ( all full timers, for example, were only given 3 days or less during slow times in the hotel- they don't care whether you make a living or not)
