Lots of training and opportunity to grow, if you are willing to move or know the right people. Good medical and hyatt rewards- free night stays at other properties.

Cons

Little to no work life balance, and pay is generally low, depending on the property you are at.

Pros

Discounts on rooms. Free rooms after a year with the company. Discounts with tons of companies--- car insurance to your phone plan. Yearly raises.

Cons

Revolving-door management and employees. I've had 4 General Managers and 4 different Assistant Mangers in the past 3 years. You'll have new people o the schedule that work a few times and never show up again. Constantly shorthanded.
