      Stable company part of a larger European Group who are dominant in the Market place, financially strong parent group, locally less stable

      Cons

      Management management through fear, bullies, particularly the HR manager who is willing to lie and avoid commitments by lies, boys club at upper level, will treat staff appalling by inconsistencies and pitting people against each other by secret deals, overall terrible atmosphere

      Meeting new people lots of overtime they have great bonuses and benefits the employees are great to work with and the managers are super nice

      Cons

      Some cons about hydro are working long hours and working late you only get Sunday off if your lucky enough
