Pros
- Very complex work which turns out as a good learning experience about processes and job duties - Good starting salary
Cons
- Very hard to get a salary raise - If the branch you'll work was created by outsourcing, it is very difficult for IBM to separate customer and company values making it more customer than company related. - Very orthodox company meaning that suits and ties are almost mandatory if you want to be considered as a "real" professional
