      Pros

      IBM is a huge company that is in continuous trasnformation what allows you to work with the edge of technology and business trends. At the same time IBM has so many different areas that you can change completely what you do, during your entire career without changing your employer.

      Cons

      As huge companies, there are some processes to be followed that you do not understand (but they are needed once the company operates in more than 170 countries around the word).

      - Amazing Team Work - Excellent libraries of processes, methods, procedures, etc. - Chance to change job inside the same company - Good benefits - Very high flexibility

      Cons

      - HORRIBLE salaries, unless you are in sales or came from the market with a good proposal - Managers in Brazil take preference on employees who work close with them and promote them based on friendship other than achievements - You need to be a hero to achieve the best level of performance - yearly goals are subjective and comparison between employees is not fair - LOTS of processes, policies you need to follow, blocking you from doing project in an agile manner

      Great portfolio so many employee with great skill , ibm have many good people and have good ideas, i loke work here but i need groth in my carrier and here not is the correct place to execute it.

      Cons

      Big company without a solid strategy in brazil, many process. The big blue not valorize the employee with it skill
