Innovation & technological expertise: Work on cutting-edge technologies (artificial intelligence, cloud, etc.) within a large innovative group. Stability and Reputation: IBM has been in existence for more than 110 years and enjoys great financial stability.Culture and Global network:International network: exchanges with colleagues from over 170 countries.

      A significant part of services and projects is outsourced (notably in India or Eastern Europe), which can reduce local opportunities. Some employees feel that they are treated more as an interchangeable resource than an individual. They deplore significant pressure without personal recognition.
