      Stepping stone for people looking into gaming companies

      Cons

      Terrible upper management who are cheap. Expect quick render turnarounds on slow computers with few and barest of minimum upgrades because management is so cheap. Does not value importance of creative work. Pitting other studios against each other. Games aren’t unique.

      Nice company internal system. A good start in career only for juniors

      Very insecure, you may face with mobbing if you conflict with operation manager. Robotic and routine works. No chance to develop ourselves. Very Chinese oriented culture. Very low salary
