The entire company was exclusively Chinese people. Demanded long working hours but all for nothing eventually, especially if you're assigned to a team with weak leadership. The teams in charge of new games does not last long (almost all got laid off save for a few key members) Management has poor communication skills and can't be trusted sadly.
