      - IGG really cares about its employees, mainly during the COVID-19 crysis; - Everyone cares about career development, and also the employees studies; - The atmosphere in the company is very light and healthy;

      Cons

      - Due to the amount of demands, sometimes many things get lost along the way, and disorganization arises. -Cultural difference is often a challenge for all teams, which have to be in perfect alignment so that nothing gets out of control;

      An excellent company, with a healthy enviroment and a lot of great opportunities. Work in IGG made me realize so many different things about culture, respect, appreciation and teamwork. Keep going!

      The culture difference may be a bless, but sometimes is kinda hard to adapt yourself in some points and details.

      Here at IGG we have a great atmosphere. We are all like a huge family and always do everything to help each other. The office is great! I feel like I'm being taken care of, the leaders really care for us. IGG offers great benefits and career opportunities. Plus, we have free healthy snacks d a i l y. :p

      Honestly, I can't think of any cons. I couldn't be happier at IGG. :)
