Pros

- The employees are a diverse crowd with a strong sense of camaraderie. They're easily the best part of the job - The work is not very demanding and the hours are fairly flexible

Cons

- The management doesn't care about employees at all. The goal of a company is obviously to make money, but management is largely unwilling to invest its employees even to the degree necessary to help bring about this goal - There's little to no opportunity for career advancement here. When a new role is necessary, the company looks to hire from outside whether than promote long-time employees or give them the training necessary to fulfill the requirements - Benefits and compensation are severely lacking relative to other companies in the Bay Area - There's the occasional display of sexism and insensitivity from senior management. Part of this can be attributed to cultural differences, but even so, it's never been directly addressed or apologized for - Executive leadership is severely lacking. Management often pits various teams and departments against each other in ill-conceived efforts to produce better work from everyone - Modern forms of communication and engagement are poorly understood by the executive leadership. Social media is largely neglected or treated as an afterthought
