      Fairly friendly colleagues and a casual office

      Cons

      HR is terrible at their work. The company has also shifted to KPIs and numbers and has stopped caring about product quality. Feedback from the dpt is ignored, and SOPs are ignored by the other dpts. Extremely demoralising.
