Some of the employees at the center are really good; they help you in every possible way.
Cons
• Salary increases are very low. • Local offices are not provided with necessary resources; we are forced to buy them with our own money. • The use of allocated local budgets is obstructed for various reasons. • HR is highly inadequate. Employees are left unsupported. • Local managers hire their own friends and force low-performance ratings on efficient employees during evaluations. • There is absolutely no chance for promotion.
