      Great to get experience!

      Pros

      It's a great place to get experience when you work for the game industry and the small office makes the work very comfortable. Everyone in the company are very friendly and will help you in the learning process. They are also flexible if you are sick and need to work from home.

      Cons

      They don't trust very much the employees, and even for Project Managers don't get the hands on real Project Management duties. They also don't seem to trust much foreigners and you might have better chances to succeed in the company if you speak Chinese. The hours are also crazy since you need to be available during Chinese business hours and might have to work until late at night or during the weekend - with no overtime payment.

      Decent additional benefit and lots of different snacks.

      Cons

      * No proper direction in the pipeline and lack of experience in the management. * Do not expect a formal training, have to learn and adapt on your own * If you are a Mandarin speaker , you'll feel like home. * They try to show that they have an open culture but you feel the sense of being controlled and under subtle pressure. * Working here can be a chore if you are expecting growth and learning.

      Decent pay for a junior

      Cons

      extremely junior work, so dont expect to put anything on your portfolio as a junior. All leads have no industry experience or very little outside of IGG, so no real pipeline here exists. No training whatsoever, you are essentially thrown to the wolves on your first day, and if you dont keep up with the absurd deadlines you are shamed and "strongly suggested" to do absurd daily overtime to keep up with the insane deadlines. Overall I wouldnt recommend working here to anyone who wants to progress your career, however the pay can be good for juniors so if you dont care about work environment/OT and just wanna grind it out for money its not bad
