      Great learning environment for young professionals without much experience.

      Cons

      -No training -Very low pay -No advancement -Management does not take feedback from employees -Highly money oriented -Employees are not recognized for their effort.

      Bad Company and Bad Manager

      Nothing good about the vancouver studio.

      Cons

      Worst company ever to work for. The manager has no management skills and uses his employees, he makes abrupt decisions about the projects without even thinking about it which causes the project timeline and quality to suffer. He prefers people to work overtime everyday because he stays overtime everyday, he doesnt treat his employees equally/fairly. They have a bad company reputation in vancouver for treating employees badly. Beware if you get hired here.

      Pros

      Using some bleeding edge back-end technology. Some really smart and competent people to work with, and a good culture of continuing education. Good location to commute to, and beautiful view of Vancouver and north shore.

      Cons

      High chaos level. Under-powered computer workstations, unstable technical infrastructure, immature engineering discipline, poor on-boarding process, autocratic General Manager lacking in leadership skills.
