      -Great to build lots of different experience -Interviewing process is pretty quick

      Cons

      -non-competitive salary packages -They don't give bonuses -casually homophobic, sexist and racist environment - poor leadership

      We appreciate your feedback and do recognize some of our flaws that you have mentioned, but some may also be a result of miscommunication. First, we do indeed provide bonuses quite frequently, but the majority is based on a results performance analysis of the project or game each team has been or is currently working on. We do recognize our previous lack of trust and continue to improve on this by communicating with and accepting all of our employees in the IGG family.

      Very little downtime, high internal quality bar with sufficient time to achieve, office atmosphere is decent

      Entire overhauls of implemented modules are common, politically driven

      Thank you for your feedback, but we are sad to see that you are not fully impressed by IGG. Changes in decision-making structures, welfare programs and facilities are all actions we have recently taken to ensure that all of our employees are able to proudly say they are part of the IGG family.

      People. Get to try out games.

      Cons

      Pay is terrible. For the amount of work you do the pay is really bad. "Project Managers" aren't really PM. They are just there as customer services and to help the Chinese side. Also the games rip off the customers. They don't care about their customers as much as making money for their games.

      We appreciate the feedback and do recognize that profit making is a goal of any business, but we also understand that the key to such accomplishments to make the best game possible for all of our players. The greatest designers of our games will be our players. Through their constant feedback and input, and with the proper direction from our Project Managers, we can continue to improve all our games for our players.
