      I like helping other players and hackers who would try to ruin the game other players

      Cons

      Help other people with their game issues and just make the game fun for the community

      Good people and company itself. Making a good games. A lot of opportunities for employees to grow

      Maybe too challenging for newbies, but depends on position. Salaries not that big as wanted

      We appreciate the positive feedback, but you are also correct about working here as a challenge for newbies. Even though an individual new to the gaming industry can learn a lot at IGG, this person must also be dedicated and tenacious in his/her pursuit of knowledge. Through the support of our team and from of our training programs, we are determined to give the tools to all our newbies in order to succeed.

      Big time investment - No real value in return!

      Pros

      It's a good entry level position for anybody looking to get some experience before moving on to a more serious company. It is also very beneficial to have the ability to work with upper management very closely as both the COO and the CTO are in the same office.

      Cons

      The pay was the biggest problem. The job requires a huge time investment and because of the odd work hours it's not rare that you have to work more than 12 hours a day and sometimes weekends as well. All of that for no additional compensation.

      Your views on our past humiliating actions are more than valid, and that is why IGG has invested a great deal into the welfare of our employees. For example, employees at our Fuzhou branch can now enjoy a swim after work or watch a film in our personal movie theater.
