      PROS: This is a company that values and rewards hard work. Decent amount of company swag. (T shirts, meal subsidy, gym, and more) Decent reputation within China.

      Cons

      Cons: Nepotism. Salary is below market.

      Good people and company itself. Making a good games. A lot of opportunities for employees to grow

      Maybe too challenging for newbies, but depends on position. Salaries not that big as wanted

Even though an individual new to the gaming industry can learn a lot at IGG, this person must also be dedicated and tenacious in his/her pursuit of knowledge.
