      Absolutely zero onboarding/training Teams are run very lean yet more and more is asked of them at every opportunity Promotional opportunities are very limited and comp discussions only come round once a year Pay is no longer competitive - no wonder everyone is leaving Poor resource distribution Huge disconnect between upper management and your average worker Slow legacy systems and work processes for some groups
