Good place to work especially early in career

Pros

Great position in healthy industry (energy). Decent salary. OK work life balance. Access to senior staff is easy. Lots of opportunity to learn.

Cons

Corporate culture was all over the map mainly because of so many acquisitions. There was way too much "us versus them" and not enough "we". Way too much politics. IT support was terrible. HR was weak.
