      Pros

      It's an excellent company to work with and a robust foothold in global security and economic information exchange. Very smart people. Company was actually navigated extraordinarily well during the last two difficult years.

      Cons

      Unique analytical job sometimes equals limited ability to move up. Maybe the corporate culture clashes a bit with the more academic-minded of employees. But honestly a bit difficult to find fault.

      Pros

      An appreciation for Canadian employees. Nice benefits, perks throughout the year with employee appreciation days, family days, volunteer days, etc...

      Cons

      Sometimes office politics prevent innovation and rapid advancement. Consultancy workload can be ad hoc at times resulting in busy much busier work weeks unexpectedly.
