      Extremely rapid growth creates an environment where people can feel overwhelmed - however, this is a 'good' challenge to have versus struggling to stay in business.

      IHS is a great place to work for people with ideas and initiative. Creativity and initiative is often rewarded with increased responsibilities.

      Cons

      The bureaucracy at IHS can be difficult to navigate. The transition from a small company to a worldclass organization and implementing appropriate infrastructure has felt slow from the inside.

      Little opportunity for moving upward. The company is not very large, so they are not looking to expand and promote their analysts
