IHS Markit is an information technology company that is very profitable, they allowed me to perform at my speed which was higher than anticipated. They created a workplace that allowed me to assist others when needed or work independently at my own pace.

Cons

I worked on high profile projects that management decided they needed to have weekly meetings on. I felt that the company micromanaged too much not allowing the employee to make decisions even after it had been proven I had the skill set.
