      - Discounted and free treatments

      Cons

      - Poor work scheduling. Not Consistent. - Small yearly hourly increase. - No pay differential for any additional languages spoken, Expected to do many additional task that take you away from your daily duties to use your additional languages. - Monthly commission is not guaranteed. Can be very little at times.

      Not as stressful as bedside nursing

      Cons

      It takes an act of congress to get employee treatments which are supposed to be benefits. Have probably gotten 5 over my 3.5 years working here. Scheduled minute to minute and expected to educate, sell, chart, clean rooms all in the appointment time. Very rushed with appointments. Insanely pressured to meet sales quotes even with having an internal sales team the medical professionals are very pressured to be salesmen too. No matter how safe, personable and professional you are if you don’t sale a certain amount you are viewed as a bad employee

      Pros

      I have been here for close to 7 years and have had numerous opportunities. I appreciate my leaders, colleagues and other teams I get to work with.

      Cons

      There is a lot of change occurring, I feel it’s for the best but it makes things bumpy along the way.
