      Pros

      Inviting and low stress environment. Fun co-workers. Hours that allow for one to have a social life and work. Great place to work!

      Cons

      I guess sometimes it can be frustrating trying to fit in first time treatments with a full schedule but even that is manageable.

      -Uncapped commission opportunity -Reasonable sales goals -Management is good at recognizing coaching moments to help you achieve your goals -They make you feel like you have one of the most important roles in the company (which you do) -Company always doing things for the employees to boost morale

      Cons

      -Slow hiring process -Sometimes you have to deal with difficult people on the phone but if you are skilled enough for this position, you shouldn’t have a problem resolving whatever conflict is at hand in a professional way. You are representing the company as a whole and are usually the first contact the guest has with our company. Patience is also super important with this job.
