Ideal Image reviews

I have worked for Ideal Image for over 4 years and it has been a great experience! When I started with the company, we had 49 centers and offered 1 service, laser hair removal. Today we have 110 centers and are currently offering 4 services with 2 more on the way. During the past 4 years, we were also acquired by a public company and went through a change in the CEO position. To say that we are a dynamic company is an understatement. There has never been a dull moment with this organization. Our CEO Bruce Fabel is constantly challenging, motivating and pushing the organization forward because he believes in the services and the products that we offer. Most CEOs would be content to sit behind a desk and review the results of new services tested in our VIP center but Bruce goes one step further. He is the first one to volunteer. Before any new devices are used in the centers they are tested on the CEO at the highest settings. Not many companies can say that. Looking back it is pretty amazing to see how much we have accomplished in such a short period of time. It has been challenging and even frustrating at times, but I have learned a great deal and grown both personally and professionally. Management provides the vision and the direction, but it's the hard work of the entire organization at every level that has allowed us to be successful and will continue to make this company successful well into the future. There is no limit to what this company can do when we all work together and I look forward to the challenges and successes ahead.

Previous reviews said there wasn't much training, I've been in the business for years and the providers have EXTENSIVE training, more than even doctors offices. You can really shine with the company if you are a hard worker and care about the guests I think some of the negative reviews were from previous employees with victim mentalities and bad attitudes. You can get as MUCH as you put in with this company if you work hard and are a positive team player!
