Job ownership, not micro-managed, relationships with co-workers, open communication with manager, flexible schedule, free laser hair removal (I love this one!!), company sponsored events, free lunches, free beverage service (coffee, soda, bottled water, tea, etc.), free product, gift card program, birthday celebrations, several (12) paid holidays, generous PTO (3 weeks, which is nice when you have kids in school)...just to name a few.

Working for Ideal Image has been such a rewarding experience. I have seen the company grow not only in center numbers but in services offered and I am so happy to be a part of it. We are constantly challenged to be better in our roles and to think outside the box. My position allows me to work closely with the executive team which has allowed me to learn and grow professionally. There is great work/life balance which having a family is important to me. The culture here is really great and includes different team building opportunities. I love everyone I work with which makes coming to work something I enjoy doing.

Our President Bruce Fabel inspires us to think outside of the box and has made a major impact on the branding, innovation and expansion of the company. In addition, thanks to Bruce, associates are encouraged to improve their personal health by attending work-site wellness programs, joining local sports leagues, and participating in numerous races and events. A fun, well-rounded work environment with a focus on world class customer service and enhancing lives.

Cons

Company does not match part or all of 401K's, no PTO rollover, staffing shortages.
