We’re disappointed you felt that way as we want all our employees to feel valued for the work they do. As we continue to grow and evolve as a company, we hope to give our employees the opportunities to do the same.
We encourage managers to have ongoing conversations with their teams, especially on career development so they can identify any gaps to provide the support they need to develop in their career. We have internal training programs to ensure that we give employees the right tools to succeed, along with programs to support performance feedback to ensure fairness of those who advance in the company.
We also understand product localization and customization is important and have cross-functional teams dedicated to these efforts. Feedback such as what you have provided is critically important to Indeed, and is why we strongly encourage employees to participate in our regular CEO Q&A sessions. Through these sessions, employees are able to ask questions and have open discussions on challenges they face at work, along with providing feedback from clients so we can continuously improve our products as we further our mission of helping people get jobs.
