Micro-management to a level where you will feel like leaving the job every day. Targets will grow in a way it will be impossible to achieve and then you will be put in PIP. No learning or personal growth. If you can handle pressure, sit throughout out the day to make calls like a bot and sell a useless product, its the perfect job for you.
