Business Outlook
Pros
The company has a great work culture, good “side benefits”, modern facilities and is very flexible in terms going to the office or WFH. You can also buy shares and own a bit of the company. Amongst teams, there’s a real culture of caring about employees and not being just a number, despite how big the company is.
Cons
Salaries need to improve - with increasing costs of living, salaries and bonuses need to grow for the broader workforce, not just Senior Management and Directors. Turnover of mid-level management and executives is very high due to this. If they improved this, they’d be able to retain talent for longer which would be beneficial.
