Pros
The only perk I can think of is… experience?
Cons
-under staffed teams -salaries are abysmal -NO work life balance what so ever -cliquey environment -unprofessional team members -upper management that doesn’t care about people in entry level positions -inability to use PTO or sick time because of how much work there is to do -no clear roles or positions, everyone just does everything. Everyone does things outside of their job descriptions and pay range. -constantly made to work weekends, over vacation, over time daily, during national holidays, etc. -I could go on and on. Just don’t take the job.
