      Pros

      Great work-life balance. Digital opportunities are expanding. Leaders are easy to work with. Industries are eager to meet face-to-face. This allows us booth and sponsorship sales professionals an opportunity to take advantage of the market. I'm expecting a strong return to US Tradeshows, eclipsing pre-pandemic levels soon.

      Alignment on sales processes. MYS and Salesforce need to be better aligned for reporting.

      Hard working individuals No judgement - everyone is very supportive

      Cons

      Company is largely remote, so can be a challenge to coordinate with others due to time zones. Meetings can be at all hours of the day.
