      Pros

      Ingenuity and creativity are hallmarks of the company. There is a feeling of flexibility to the working schedule, which, especially for content creators, allows us to do our best work. The emphasis on collaboration helps different teams to communicate and bond; the regular gatherings and parties invite bonding on a friendship level, too.

      Cons

      As is symptomatic of startup culture, there is some inconsistency from day to day in company-wide schedules and approaches. There can also be a certain amount of disorganization and lack of communication, especially between the top people and the creative department.

      This company gives you room to learn and develop your own ideas. I get to work with a great community and a very international team. The culture is open and the management is always trying to improve the Organisation

      Cons

      Fast growth means constant change but this also means new exciting opportunities.

      Surviving Unrelenting Chaos and Impossible Demands

      Pros

      Anyone who works here will develop incredible patience. It is necessary to survive, but it does not make this a place to stay long term.

      Cons

      Working here was the worst career decision. Processes were broken and underdeveloped. Demands were relentless and overwhelming. No one had clarity on responsibilities or expectations. Leadership offered empty words and meaningless assurances. Problems were never addressed. The relentless pressure quickly became unbearable. Beware.
