      Pros

      The work is exciting. The company takes big swings, so you're encouraged to think big, and hierarchy is fairly minimal, so if you have a great idea you often get to be the person that runs with it. Clichéd to say, but the people are great. Lots of people to learn from.

      Cons

      Hard work. The company runs very lean on headcount, and sets very high targets. That means very high output is expected from everyone in the team, at every level, and people have to be willing to pick up projects or pitch in to cover for unforeseen circumstances outside

      Pros

      Inkitt is chock full of passionate, driven and smart people. It is one of the most nimble orgs I've been a part of, and I love that it's a tech company working on something creative with creative/innovative people. The people are what make companies great and I genuinely think there is something special about this group. Our CEO, and my fellow execs, are always pushing the boundaries of what can be done in this segment, pushing for novel thinking, and all care deeply about the people and our users. Folks that are successful here care a lot about what they are doing, are savvy with data, and think on their feet. Being around high performing people makes you better -- it's a fact.

      Cons

      Of course there are cons, but what startup doesn't have 'em ;). - We have a lot to do need more great people to help do it. - Consumer tech is hard(er). Priorities can shift quickly and we must all be thoughtful about where we focus our efforts. - We need better beer for happy hours / Candyjar release parties.

      - I am surrounded by some of the smartest, most driven people. LOVE LOVE LOVE the people. You work hard but still find time to laugh - A fast-paced environment where you can actually build something new and see your impact right away - You'll learn fast and grow even faster by working on various projects and teams - Intense but collaborative culture—people help each other and celebrate wins together

      Cons

      - With people spread across time zones, it can be tricky to find overlap for collaboration - The to-do list never really ends—there’s always something new to tackle so you always have to prioritize
