In my 5+ years at Inkitt, I’ve had the chance to wear many hats, work on wildly different teams, and be part of some truly cool projects. Hard work really pays off here, and I’ve always felt seen, heard, and respected by leadership. The people are some of the smartest, most driven, and creative I’ve ever worked with. There’s a strong shared sense of purpose - everyone’s moving toward the same big goal - and it makes the work feel meaningful. It’s fast-paced, ambitious, and genuinely fun. We’re creating content for an incredibly passionate user base who absolutely loves what we do, which makes the wins feel even better.

Inkitt is one of the most mission-driven places I’ve ever worked. The product is genuinely fun. I mean, we make romance books and movies! It’s like my middle school dream come true. You get a ton of ownership, and if you want to make an impact, you absolutely can. The people are incredible. Everyone’s driven, creative, and passionate about building something meaningful together. It’s fast-paced and exciting, but also full of heart.
