Nice company, open on the public side, very sexist inside
Pros
- low mgmt levels - nice office - often friendly colleagues - few parties/year ..if you like it - good for a career started as a first job opportunity. But leave after ~2 years, you will get roughly everywhere else +30% salary compared to IG
Cons
- everyone is underpaid but many of the old guys don't get it, since they have been stuck forever - The mgmt is as usual more politics than skill - the best brown nose wins --this leads to an other issue, promotions/hikes are usually by fav and not by skill... - women are treated BADLY. Everyone has fun, but in special corporate systems are some old farts covered by their leads that can make "jokes" and behave inappropriately without any consequences..I am so sorry for every woman who has to work with them :(
