Pros

- NYSE is an iconic brand - good compensation - new office space

Cons

- zero communication from management - do nothing to invest in training or career development - the culture is work hard, long hours, little recognition - flat titles and constant cost cutting makes it difficult to be promoted

Pros

Great total compensation package if you stay on for over three years. Stock grant is particularly attractive as stock value keeps increasing.

Cons

Mind numbing boring repetitive work. No chance to move to a different job or advance in career. They hold you hostage with the three year vesting schedule of stock grants.

Pros

Not much to say as a pro...management is changing the NYSE culture for the worse.

Cons

ICE management thinks NYSE can do no right.
