Pros

They let you purchase their stock at a 15% discount.

Cons

There are plenty. After ICE purchased Interactive Data Corp they took away four holidays that we had off to align us with NYSE. They then make you use your personal time to take off on those holidays because the Bond Market is closed. Regarding the 15% stock....they gave everybody stock options for 3 years to start and said that stock options would be apart of your compensation going forward. They took them away and instituted the stock purchase plan which you need to purchase with your own money. They send out phishing emails attempting to catch people clicking on fake links.

Pros

Good benefits and decent salary

Cons

Company keeps gobbling up the little guy and from there you lose your ability to be creative. It's the ICE way or the highway. Need to allow remote work to hedge long days and improve life / work balance. Very strict company.

Pros

Employees who worked for our company before ICE acquired it are great to work with. Lots of team spirit (before we were acquired). Fairly easy to move between departments to find the right fit. Big name that's easily recognizable (NYSE).

Cons

When ICE acquired us, they completely destroyed our company culture. We lost everything that made us unique and became cogs in the ICE machine. Then they decided to fire (almost) everyone and close our entire office. Work/life balance is non-existent. Management constantly talks about transparency while providing absolutely none.
