Pros

I don't see any currently.

Cons

1. No motivation in team members, majority of people are vendor here. So, people doesn't do their work with religion. 2. Perks are not great, and even inferior perks for offshore team than onshore. 3. No planned work, most of the things are adhoc here. 4. Work life balance issue. 5. Salaries are sent late. 6. No communication channel between management and employees. No feedback system. 7. Company is still work like a startup, no mature employee friendly policies atleast for offshore team.

Pros

Good 401k. Relaxed work environment. Good people to work with.

Cons

The company doesn't seem to care about employees. Cutting costs seems to be the number one priority. Communication is poor. After acquisition: decrease of PTOs, increase of hours without raise
