Pros

1. Pretty solid health and retirement benefits. 2. Can’t speak for other areas (teams) but it generally looks like a really good company, just depends which team you end up on and how much that team's management really cares for you not only as an employee, but as a person.

Cons

1. Extremely low pay for the amount of work employees are expected to balance along with other projects and weekend work. 2. Although the bonus structure can be generous and enticing when written on paper - up to 18% of your base salary, don’t expect to see the full 18% unless you are part of the inner circle – regardless of how hard you work. 3. All about favoritism – a “yes” type of environment. Raising questions or not doing things exactly as management would do them (even though you get to the same result) is viewed negatively. 4. Career growth opportunities are non-existent and there is zero support from management in that regard. There was no work-life balance, even though the Covid pandemic that’s still ongoing. Poor management structure in place that works solely on favoritism regardless of how hard others on the team work. Salary is extremely low for the amount of work thrown at employees. Client support seems to be treated like the dumping ground for everyone’s issues. The training period is about a month long, but that month is wasted as there is no actual training that goes on other than sitting with in-person or now remotely with other members of the team and watching them work on their screens. Be prepared to experience extremely poor or no communication not only from management but also from senior co-workers. Unless there are significant changes, I would not recommend this work environment to anyone.

Pros

Decent base pay Generous benefits package

Cons

You are not allowed to have an opinion even if you are the most qualified person in a room. All the professional development opportunities are already taken before you can get access to them.

Pros

The pay was pretty good

Cons

Certain managers, particularly those long tenured managers who joined as the result of acquisitions, are highly territorial and have little to no leadership skills. They may hire the wrong person, when the right person may not exist on the market, simply because they have the budget.
