There's no real development opportunities, salaries are low, communication is terrible and they claim to be a flat structured where all senior management are open to feedback from anyone but in reality that's a million miles away from reality.

They do have a nice medical plan and a generous bonus amount each year, colleuges are very nice

Cons

Absolutely 0 work life balance. Expect to work above 9 hours daily and sometimes on weekends. Will be expected to work on 3 projects at once. Its a very high stress environment and this company is very strict and unflexible when it comes to their employees needs. Dont work here if you have other options

decent opportunities for overtime work. Salary with OT possible.

Cons

Company is beginning to outsource their operations teams to india. You will be on a ticking clock if you take a job in one of their ops teams. They are clueless about how operations should work. The are forcing people to come into office during covid and have stated multiple times that they are going to require people to be in office when covid is over.
