      Pros

      I like my direct manager, his manager, and his manager’s manager. The people in my direct team are great

      Cons

      C level is too focused on real estate and getting tax breaks for bringing people in office. We went from 3 days in office to 4 which is a 33% increase. The change in my commute time costs me over 80 hours a year with my family. That’s essentially 2 extra weeks of working with zero extra pay.

      Pros

      Freedom to create and implement process improvements. Job security if you're a top performer.

      Cons

      Low pay Inflexible schedule: going back to 4 days in the office despite record earnings back to back during Hybrid/Remote years. No career path. It's very difficult to move up. Teams are isolated from each other, with managers as the points of contact.

      location, cliquish, favoritism, duplicitous, dissimulate, equivocate, obfuscate If you are unfortunate enough to HAVE to take a job here, watch your back. They are a clique, assign opportunities that way, & obfuscate, dissimulate, & equivocate everything else.
